RRW Terix RRW-8146 is a Vastam-class starship of the Romulan Republic currently assigned to Fourth Fleet's Task Force 47 under a cross-command exchange program. She is under the command of Commander Vilo Kendris as of 2402.
One of the earliest Vastam-class warbirds produced, Terix has just completed an early-life refit procedure to address a few lingering issues with her construction since continued class production allowed her to be withdrawn temporarily from active service. This refit completed, combined with Commander Kendris' recent promotion and assignment, as well as her previous officer exchange duties with the Federation Starfleet, makes Terix an ideal vessel for the new cross-command exchange program.
Design and Layout
The Popina
The Popina is one of the many social spaces aboard Terix and is by far the most popular due to it's unimpeded views as proximity to the ship's arboretum. While far from the central command spaces aboard the Terix, it isn't uncommon to see senior staff frequenting the space either, an activity promoted by the ship's new commander in emulation of similar appearances by Starfleet senior staff in crew social spaces. Romulan decorum and respect for rank have won out at least as one of the booths is considered senior staff territory and even at the Popina's busiest is always free for the ship's senior officers.
