USS Victory (NCC-92905) is a Sagan-class Federation starship currently assigned to Fourth Fleet's Task Force 72. She is under the command of Captain Odysseus Hardy.
Launched in 2402 from the San Francisco Fleet Yards, the Victory is a cutting-edge exploratory vessel designed for missions outside of Federation space. The ship is among the rarest in Starfleet, deploying a number of Borg-derived systems and operating advanced systems such as multiphasic shielding and Type-XIV phaser arrays.
As part of the Fourth Fleet's diplomatic operations task force, the Victory is often allocated time-critical missions of negotiation, conflict resolution, and investigation that utilise its ability to sustain cruises at incredibly high speeds.

Runabouts and shuttles
There are six runabouts on the Victory, each named after an action undertaken by its historic namesake: Ushant, Spartel, St Vincent, Gibraltar, Toulon, and Trafalgar. The two Arrow-class runabouts are the Ushant and Spartel, the two Volga-class runabouts are the St Vincent and Toulon, the Danube-class runabout is the Gibraltar and the New Atlantic-class runabout is the Trafalgar.
To create compacity for starfighters and runabouts, the typical complement of twenty shuttles has been reduced on the Victory to ten, all of which are the new Type-12 shuttles, a highly-capable craft that is the standard personnel shuttle deployed across Starfleet's newest ships and bases.
Lineage

The HMS Victory was an ancient Earth sailing ship and one of the most famous warships in the Royal Navy, being the flaghip of Admiral Nelson at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. The ship continued to serve as a flagship and museum for several centuries afterward.
The USS Victory (NCC-9754) was a 24th-century Constellation-class starship once under the command of Captain Zimbata and subsequently involved in the incident and investigation of Tarchannen III alongside the USS Enterprise. The ship later served with distinction in the Dominion War.
