USS-Oakland (NCC-75012) is a California-class Federation starship currently assigned to Fourth Fleet's Task Force 21.

Battle of Douglas Station (2381)

In 2381, the USS-Oakland joined an armada of California-class to defend their sister ship, the USS-Cerritos, from the USS-Aledo, a Texas-class starship which became infected by an unhinged, faulty artificial intelligence that previously attacked Douglas Station, killing Vice Admiral Les Buenamigo. After successfully destroying the USS-Aledo, the USS-Oakland returned to Douglas Station. (Star Trek: Lower Decks)

Vaadwaur Invasion (2402)

In 2402, during the Vaadwaur invasion of the Alpha and Beta Quadrants, the USS-Oakland, under the command of Captain Oskar Maising, responded to a distress signal from Narendra III. Despite being massively outnumbered and outgunned, the utility-cruiser put up a stubborn defense that saw the Vaadwaur beaten back, and the ship and crew rescued by the Klingon reinforcements, suffering severe damage.
