The Commander, Ulysses Exploratory Cruiser Division (COMULYSSESEXCRUDIV) is a starship division command assigned to Task Force 21, under the broader mandate of the Strategic Interdiction and Stabilization Group. Established in response to rising threats across volatile frontier regions, the Division executes high-risk exploratory, interdiction, and stabilization operations across the Federation's frontier regions.
Headquartered aboard the USS Ulysses (NCC-90565), a Sovereign-class exploratory cruiser, the Division is led by Fleet Captain James C. MacLeod, Starfleet, whose command authority currently spans three highly capable starships and 2,156 personnel.
