The Task Force Commanding Officer (TFCO) is a voting member of Bravo Fleet Command responsible for managing a fleet unit. This position is established under Article III of the Bravo Fleet Charter and encompasses both strategic oversight and operational management of the Task Force.
TFCOs are selected from among fleet members who have demonstrated exceptional understanding of the Bravo Fleet Charter, ethos, and operational processes. In some cases, this position may be held concurrently by members of the Bravo Fleet Senior Staff.
General Duties
- Leading a Bravo Fleet Task Force.
- Preparing reports and updates for distribution as directed by the Operations Officer.
- Maintaining an accurate list of active members.
- Developing Task Force-specific rules and canon in collaboration with the Bravo Fleet Intelligence Officer and Bravo Fleet Logistics Officer.
- Monitoring and recording member activity.
- Nominating members for promotions and awards.
