Ulysses Exploratory Cruiser Division was a division assigned to Task Force 21. Established in response to rising threats across the frontier, the division executes high-risk exploratory, interdiction, and stabilization operations as directed by higher authority.

Headquartered aboard the USS Ulysses, a Sovereign-class starship, the division is led by Fleet Captain James C. MacLeod.

The division was disbanded with the reassignment of assets to other units in 2402.
